Assistant Business Manager - UP
Richard Crane is a longtime member of the IBEW Local 876. He is also a resident of the Upper Peninsula. Rich was a Journeyman Lineman with Cloverland Electric and as a Steward handled much of the negotiations. He is now your Assistant Business Manager for the U.P.

Business Representative - Teledata & Traffic Flagging
Shawn Vincent brings over 15 years of experience to his role as Business Representative for Teledata & Traffic Flagging union members at IBEW Local 876. Starting his career in the field, Shawn worked on the installation and repair of voice and data products for a Telecom Utility. Transitioning to a sub-contractor role, he specialized as a Fiber Splicer, further solidifying his expertise in the industry.

Office Manager
Memory is the longest standing employee of the 876 staff. She has been with Local 876 for over 18 years. Memory oversees the daily front office operations. She handles all of the payroll, audit & accounting needs for the Local. She also makes sure that your retirement benefits and death benefits are among her top priorities.

Contract Data Analyst
As Contract Data Analyst, Shelby plays a crucial role in preparing IBEW Local 876 for successful negotiations. She meticulously researches industry trends, compiles comparable data, and provides in-depth analysis to support our negotiators in achieving the best possible outcomes for our members. She is also the primary interface with the International Office to ensure timely contract submissions and approvals.
